Meal Plans November 4-17

YOYO/Leftover Night
Breakfast for Dinner-Mountain Man/Pancakes
Mountain Man-Cooked sausage, hash browns, scrambled eggs, and cheese. Salt, Pepper, and a little bit of paprika. We throw in some finely chopped spinach and peppers to get our veggies in and Trevor usually eats his with salsa.
Grilled Ham and Cheese Sandwiches/Tomato Soup
Chef Salads
Romaine and Spinach, Sliced boiled eggs, shredded carrots, sliced tomatoes, cut up lunch meat or shredded chicken, shredded cheese
